Parents, please do not call to rent for college parties. There is a charge for a light cleaning after your departure. If this policy is not followed, a cleaning fee will be kept from your deposit at a minimum of $150 -$300 depanding on the property.

The "hold" will automatically time out after departure provided no damage has occurred during your visit and all polices have been followed.
